Founder & CEO

Dr. Baker is an expert evaluator and statistician with over ten years of experience. Her expertise includes state and national policy, early childhood development, health systems, education, collective impact, and diversity training. Through the lens of diversity equity and inclusion, Melodie is committed to elevating the voices of underserved populations by rethinking authorship when considering the development and creation of knowledge. 

 

Melodie earned her PhD in Educational Psychology and Quantitative Methods from the State University of New York at Buffalo in May 2023. She also holds an advanced graduate certificate in Applied Statistical Analysis, a Master's in Executive Leadership and Change, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations.
